AVID (Applications, Voice, Internet, Data) Staffing was founded in 2003 as an Information Technology and Telecommunications contract and permanent placement company. However, as technology continues to bring certain industries closer and closer together, AVID Staffing has expanded our offerings to include Engineering Services.
Headquartered in Boston, MA, AVID Staffing's senior management team has invested nearly a quarter of a century in the staffing and recruiting world. As a result, relationships have been fostered and strengthened over the years. Management Team
Brian Tomasello, Founding Partner
After graduating from the University of Rhode Island, Brian immediately went to work for a national leader in staffing services. During this time, he set a number of all time sales records including the highest ever year-end revenue mark in the Northeast region. Brian was also ranked #2 out of 1,000+ salespeople in the country and still stands as one of the top producers in the company's 20+ year history.
Brian founded AVID Staffing in Boston MA, in 2003 with the objective to promote a business based on honesty and integrity. These core competencies remain the backbone of AVID Staffing and stand as the very credo of it's employees today. Brian continues to assist with sales, while managing the company on an executive level.
John-Paul Treacy, Founding Partner
After playing professional soccer in England, John-Paul came to the US in 1992 while attending Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. Upon graduation in 1996 with a BS in Business and Economics and a 4 time All-American status, John began his professional career in the States with one of the World's largest IT Staffing and Consulting firms. It was there that he discovered his passion for IT Staffing, Technical Recruiting and the fulfillment of long lasting corporate partnerships and relationships.
Having gained extensive experience in the technology and professional services arena, John co-founded AVID in 2003 with his vision of it becoming the premier provider of IT Staffing services and solutions in the industry.
